Waynesboro businessman pleads responsible in youngster intercourse crimes case

WAYNESBORO, Virginia (WVIR) – A Waynesboro businessman is serving his sentence after pleading guilty of child sex crimes Thursday.

Leighton Justice was due to be tried on Monday June 28, but instead pleaded guilty to three aggravated sexual battery cases. The prosecution dropped three other charges he faced.

The charges stem from incidents involving a teenager in 2014.

A judge sentenced the former operating partner of the Fishin ‘Pig in Waynesboro to six years in prison.
