A trailer camp was quickly moved away from the school premises at the weekend.
The Hertfordshire Constabulary has confirmed that shortly after 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 20th, police were called to caravans entering the grounds of the Reach Free School in Mill End.
Initial reports suggested there may have been close to 30 caravans, but the Hertfordshire Constabulary says 11 caravans were registered.
After the confrontation with the police, the site was cleared at 3:30 p.m.
It is believed that the school gates may have been damaged when entering the premises and the Reach Free School has been contacted for more information.
There is no confirmation or evidence as to whether this camp was associated with a “grand” funeral in North Watford anyway.
