Oklahoma Freeway Patrol rescues Texas baby kidnapped by intercourse offender non-custodial father or mother at metro fuel station

EDMOND, Okla. (KFOR) – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Troopers stopped a kidnapping at an OnCue in Edmond Monday night.

Officials say the U.S. Marshall’s Task Force issued a warning for an unprisoned parental abduction from North Texas.

Oklahoma Troopers were able to track down the suspicious vehicle through to OnCue at I-35 and 15th in Edmond.

The child was found unharmed and the suspect, a registered sex offender from South Dakota, was transferred to Logan County.

The Texas kidnapping charge is pending.
