Northwest Ohio man arrested after youngster intercourse investigation

MERCER COUNTY, Ohio (WPTA21) – Mercer County detectives arrested a St. Henry man Wednesday after investigating allegations originating in Massachusetts.

Sheriff Jeff Gray said his office was contacted last week by a detective in Newbury, Massachusetts who is part of the cyber crime against children team.

The local investigation focused on allegations that the ICAC team had communicated with 60-year-old Kevin Joseph Fullenkamp and that ICAC officials presented themselves as a 13-year-old girl.

The exchange included sexually explicit photos allegedly sent by Fullenkamp.

He is now facing a criminal offense and has been booked on a $ 50,000 bond.

After the arrest, a search warrant was issued and several items were recovered, Gray said.

St. Henry is south of Celina, Ohio, and east of Portland, Ind.
