Former APS trainer faces extra intercourse abuse fees after fourth sufferer comes ahead

“People voluntarily send their children to school because they think their children will be protected, and better yet, this defendant, the only person supposed to protect them is the one who hurts them,” said Jordan Manchin, a prosecutor .

Judge Courtney Weaks ruled that Aldaz should be released on condition that he wears a GPS monitor and has no contact with children.

“I will now find that the court did not provide clear and convincing evidence that the court cannot create conditions that could adequately protect the community because I can take away that opportunity by setting conditions for release,” said Judge Weak said during the pre-trial hearing.

Aldaz was not arrested again on the new charges.
