British sex toy company Lovehoney has reportedly received an award from Queen Elizabeth II.
In particular, Her Majesty has bestowed the Queen’s Award for Enterprise for “Britain’s Greatest Brand for Sexual Wellbeing”. Lovehoney has been recognized with the “highest award for business success” following the steady growth in overseas sales over the past six years. Overall, Lovehoney has expanded its business from £ 12 million (approx. US $ 16.5 million) to £ 56 million (approx. US $ 77 million). The sex toy company can now use the Queen’s Award emblem on their selection of vibrators, lingerie, lubricants, bondage devices and much more.
It is important to note that this is not the first Queen’s Award for Business that Lovehoney has received, as it received the award back in 2016.
“Her Majesty has been a wonderful supporter of Lovehoney,” said Debbie Bond, Lovehoney’s chief commercial officer, in an official statement.
In case you missed it, Queen Elizabeth II’s 24k gold Nintendo Wii is for sale.
