A teen is facing a driving ban before he can even get a provisional driver’s license after allegedly taking his father’s car on a drunk ride.

The 13-year-old crashed his father’s Ford Escort into a lamp post in Gosport, Hampshire, early in the morning.

When he failed a Brethalysator test on the scene, he became furious and spat at the police when they arrested him.

Local officials tweeted, “Good morning from the shift, Fareham E. Another busy guy on the team. The 13 year old man stopped driving his father’s car in the early hours of the morning!

‘Driver of the vehicle shown gave a positive [roadside breath test] in #gosport and as arrested decided to spit on the officer! 1 in the containers! ‘

If convicted, he could be the youngest drinks driver in the UK.

In 2006, another 13-year-old was found to be one and a half times above the limit in a Ford Mondeo in Salfard, Greater Manchester.

This youth was sentenced to four months in detention in a detention center after admitting that he was driving through the streets of the city at 100 km / h on the wrong side of the road with no lights and barely seeing the steering wheel.
