BCSO: Instructor arrested for baby intercourse crimes

ALBUQUERQUE, NM – The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office says it has arrested a second grade teacher for child sex crimes.

Danny Aldaz, 45, is charged with nine cases of criminal sexual contact by a minor and five cases of criminal sexual penetration by a minor in a position of authority.
